Established in 2005, Jiangyin Zenkung Forging Co., Ltd. is located in Longsha Industrial Zone, Huashi Town, Jiangyin City, Jiangsu Province, beside the Furong Avenue that connected two cities of Jiangyin and Zhangjiang. There are only 1.8kms away from Zhangjiagang. Jiangyin City is ranked top among the 100 Nationwide Cities and is 35km away from the Yangtze River Golden Waterway.

Our company covers a land area of 6000m2, with the total investment exceeding RMB250 million. At present, we have three workshops: 8300m2 for free-forging, 7600m2 for machining and 3800m2 for ring forging. Our company has a 4500T oil hydraulic press and a 2000T oil hydraulic press, a 3800NC ring-rolling mill, 50T handing machines and 15T material taking machines. Besides, our company also has 12 natural gas heating furnaces and heat treatment furnaces.

To ensure the accuracy of the test data and the mechanical property of the chemical and physical testing center, our laboratory is equipped with advanced fully computerized 300KN electronic universal testing machines, 600KN hydraulic universal testing machines and automatic compression refrigerating and sample-sending computerized impact testing machines. Our spectroscopic analysis laboratory is equipped with the direct reading spectrometer made by German SPAX Co., capable of analyzing 26 materials, such as carbon, silicon, sulfur, manganese, chromium and molybdenum. Our metallographic laboratory is equipped with high power and low power testing equipment for the analysis of macrostructure and microstructure of metal. Our laboratory is for such non-destructive testing items as ultrasonic and magnetic particles and penetration tests.
